Do my clients need a whacka account?
No. They sign up right inside your app — there’s no separate whacka login to hand out.
Can I take a deposit or payment?
Yes. Your app can take deposits, full payments or packages through your own Stripe or PayPal account (in Saudi Arabia, Moyasar too). The money goes straight to you — whacka never holds it and takes no cut. Cash or pay-on-the-day still works.
How do reminders reach people?
As a push notification before each booking (on iPhone, clients add the app to their home screen first), by email, or as a WhatsApp message from your own WhatsApp Business number. There’s no SMS.
Can clients reschedule or join a waitlist?
