It works for you alone or for a team. You can create logins for your staff, give each one a role and decide what they see — the number of logins depends on your plan. For a big organisation with complex permissions, start smaller.
Can it handle approvals and audit trails?
Keep it to lists, jobs, follow-ups and reminders. Heavy approval flows or tamper-proof audit logs aren’t the right fit.
Can it replace my CRM?
